Sticking to the plan…
Following on from the latest announcement from Boris, we wanted to share with you the measures we have in place to make sure your stay with us is as relaxing and safe as possible. We are dedicated to making sure that all guests can visit our hotel with the peace of mind that we are doing all we can to keep you, and our team as safe as possible whilst enjoying our hospitality.
Keeping everyone safe has been our top priority and this continues, which is why we have asked our teams to always wear face coverings, whilst this isn’t mandatory for our guests, if you feel more comfortable wearing a face mask then you’re more than welcome to. We also have all of the key safety measures in place including distancing between tables in our restaurants, plenty of free alcohol stations (hand sanitiser that is!). We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we ask that guests check-out of their rooms by 11am. When it comes to paying for your stay, we’ve moved our business to being cashless and would ask for payment via credit or debit card using contactless payment where possible.
Our goal is to keep the true essence of our hotel, making it a relaxing and safe place to unwind and we very much look forward to welcoming you to The Fish Hotel soon.
